Below are the choices for current customers to access their personal web portals.

  • Check your ticket status or create a ticket.

  • Send messages to other administrators within your business

Immediate Issues

If you have any immediate issues that need to be addressed by LUMO and you aren't a supervisor or on the list authorized to create a service ticket, please contact your supervisor. Otherwise, you can click on the End User button. 

If you are a supervisor, please feel free to call or create a ticket by clicking on the Supervisor button.
